Sawyer Farms in Grayson, GA
As in an earlier posting, Sawyer Farms is a new residential community under development in Grayson, GA. I really like the potential of this development so I'm coming back to it, and I'll keep an eye on it in the coming months.
What's not to like? The location of Sawyer Farms is super-convenient, especially for young families. Access to the neighborhood is direct via entrance on Hwy. 20/Grayson Highway. Better still, this neighborhood is located just across the street from Starling Elementary and Couch Middle schools, both of which are new Gwinnett County facilities that opened just about 5-6 years ago. These are very good schools. I'm speaking from personal experience, as I have 2 daughters who attended both. The school's facilities are contemporary and well maintained. They also have strong leaders in their Principals, not mention very active and supportive booster groups and PTA. And both schools boast testing scores well above the norm (for more details, please visit www.greatschools.org).
As a real estate agent, I'm very excited about Sawyer Farms. I would even consider buying a home there, if I didn't already live just 2 miles away. But it's not too late for you. I imagine spec. homes will be completed in the next 90 days. If you are looking for a great location to own a home, I want to help you purchase in Sawyer Farms. My website. My Email.

Grayson, GA is Growing
I'm glad and excited to learn a new, family-friendly residential community, Sawyer Farms, is yet another high-quality project that's coming to Grayson, GA.
Sawyer Farms is situated in the rapidly growing City of Grayson. Poised along Grayson Highway and encompassed by acre after acre of wooded green-space, it promises future residents access to excellent schools (sited immediately across the street from the new Starling and Couch elementary and middle schools), as well as close proximity to terrific dining and retail destinations such as The Shoppes at Webb Gin and a Kroger shopping center that features a lot of the businesses we rely on for everyday conveniences.
It looks like the homes will be offered starting in the low $200s, which is very affordable and very value-oriented for its location. If you need more info., I'd be happy to help you. Matt Doyle (website) Email

The ALTA Tennis Effect
Does anybody know what the effect of having an active ALTA Tennis Team (www.ALTATennis.org) has on a community's property value? I suspect that having active tennis participation improves real estate value. Can anyone share data or insights in this regard?

The longer you stay with an insurer, the more likely you could be overpaying. If you like your policy, I am happy for you. But at renewal time, don't forget to shop your policy with your current insurer and others. Competition leads to efficiency.
